Abstract This Order approves the Environmental Single Title Model (TUA) under the provisions of article 17 of Decree-Law No. 75/2015 of 11 May. The TUA model applies to the different environmental legal regimes, including those of prior environmental control. The conditions and obligations of licensing and authorization registered in the TUA are established by phase, sector and per environment domain, as defined in the Annex. TUA has an electronic identification number that remains unchanged until the end of the installation, establishment or project. The issuance of the TUA is informed to the applicant by the coordinating entity through the electronic identification number referred to in the previous number. The TUA is electronically signed and issued through the LUA module housed on the electronic platform in the Integrated Environmental Licensing System (SILiAmb). The TUA is issued by each establishment, project or facility regulated by Decree-Law no. 75/2015 and gathers all information on the environment.
