Abstract

This Order amends Order No. 74/2013 on the administrative proceedings for financial assistance in the National Campaign of grape-vine 2013-2014. Amendments deal with the requirements to be satisfied by financial assistance requested by grouped viticulturists (three or more individuals) during the campaign 2013-2014. Agricultural plots may be contiguous or not, independently from the size of the land plots, since that the total of the area to be restructured is equal or major of 20 ha, and candidates give their production to associations or commercial companies, entitled to produce wine.
