Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force on 5 December 2010. Articles 2 and 3 on guarantees of origin shall be applied to electricity produced from 1 January 2011.
Abstract

This Order’s purpose is to provide customers with a guarantee certification of electricity produced by renewable energy originated by wind, solar, aero-thermal, geo-thermal, hydro-thermal energy, hydropower, biomass, landfill gas, sewage treatment plant or biogas.
