Abstract

The Order sets regulations with regard to the mandatory storage/stockage of crude oil, oil products, biofuel, additives etc. in use by international marine transportation. The Association of Danish Oil Contingency Stocks (FDO) is designated as the central storage unit for oil storage from 31 May 2012, in accordance to article 5 (section 1) of the Oil Preparedness Act.
