Abstract

Animal species listed in Appendix 1 may not be kept privately, as they may be dangerous in respect of correct animal welfare. Animals include 1) breeding of deer, and 2) agricultural and farming of breeding ostriches. Fines will be applied for non-compliance with these regulations. For those who, at the time of entry into force of this Order, are in lawful possession of one or more of animals listed in the Appendix, shall be authorized to keep these on the condition that they have been approved by the Ministry of Environment and Food; that the animals are marked or identified; that measures are taken in order ot ensure animals cannot reproduce.
