Abstract The Order sets regulations through the Directorate of Fisheries on the specification of vessels used for commercial fishing. Equipment, tonnage and size are specification criteria requirement laid out in this Order. Specific requirements are set for mullusc-fishing vessels, which size and capacity are defined under Chapter 17. They are permitted to mollusc-fishing only in 3 restricted areas (Limfjord, Jutland's east coast and fiord, Wadden Sea).
