Abstract The provisions of this Order relate to the amendment of Order No. 372, with what concerns: the purchase of project land and land distribution under the Land Consolidation Act regulations; and the approval for subsidy to maintain wetlands under the Danish AgriFish Agency's regulations on subsidies for the maintenance of wetlands and water level conditions. Additionally, it amends the fact that properties' assessment in Order no. 372 also include assessments which define landowners' agreement to the project and the need to reserve subsidy for the maintenance of phosphorus water. The Danish AgriFish Agency is the authority taking the final decision on the application for subsidy.
