This Order enters into force the day after its publication in the O.J.
Abstract

This Order, composed of two articles and one Annex, provides the guidelines for operators concerned with greenhouse gas emission to monitor the emissions and provide relevant information to the concerned authorities. Among the general guidelines, the Order mentions the following criteria: coherence, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
