Abstract

This Order amends. Order No. 278/96, 19 July whose draft given by Order No. 1113/2000, 28 November, authorizes the adoption of temporary phytosanitary protection measures due to the detection of Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith)disease in some EU countries. The import of potatoes from Egypt is thereby put under control except for Solanum tubersom L destined for planting and observe conditions refered by Commission Directive No. 2001/664/CE.
