This Order enters into force the day after its publication in the O.J.
Abstract

This Order, composed of four articles and one Annex, regulates the procedures for trading greenhouse gas emission licenses. In particular, it provides the necessary licensing procedures for operators willing to gather their plants with the purpose of trading greenhouse gas emission trading within the European Community.
