This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes Maté (Ilex paraguariensis) exploitation and placing on the market. It consists of 10 articles and 3 Annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to exploit this plant. Authorization for performing this activity and controls to be carried out are under the competence of Ibama. Annexes list all information to be given to the aforementioned administration. Annex 3 defines technical glossary of exploitation methods and plant parts.
