Abstract

This Order implements article 16, first paragraph of EU regulation No. 1005/2008 with regard to the duty of submit catch certificates for the prevention and eradication of illegal fishery - whereby notification must be submitted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration as the Danish competent authority.
