Entry into force notes
4 December 2009. Provisions in article 1, No. 1 shall enter into force on 20 January 2010.
Abstract

This Order partly amends Order No. 1308, in particular labelling of beverages. If a beverage intended for consumption without further processing or after reconstitution of the concentrated or dried product, contains more caffeine than 150 mg/l, the following message must appear on the label: "Highly decaffeinated".
