Abstract This Order contains lists of substances that the European Commission has assessed and decided to either record as active substances for Biocides and plant protection Regulation. The Order also contains a list of substances that the Danish Environment Agency has evaluated – in accordance to article 15 of Regulations on pesticides - and approved for use in pesticides. Appendix 1 contains a list of active substances the EU Commission has decided to include as active substances for biocidal products before 15 July 2013. Appendix 2 provides a list of active substances included in Appendix II to Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1451/2007, and which the European Commission has decided not to include on the list of approved active substances for biocides. Appendix 3 contains a list of pesticides for which a phasing has been granted by article 46 of Order on Plant Protection Regulation. Appendix 4 provides a list of plant protection products, which may not be held after 2 September or 15 December 2012. Appendix 5 contains a list of active substances to the Environmental Protection Agency has evaluated according to article 15 of Regulations on pesticides.
