Abstract

This Order sets regulation concerning pool fishing authorization for fishing vessels. Vessel owners’ fishing rights may only be included in a pool fishing programme authorized by the Danish AgriFish Agency. Permission may be granted to vessel owners who have not previously participated in pool fishing prior to 1 March or/and previous years. The authorization for taking part in pool fishing shall take effect as of 1 January of the year of application until 1 February of the following year. Application of pool fishing license may only be submitted to the Agency (information and application forms to be found on their website www.naturerhverv.dk) by fishing vessels authorized to catch specific fish quota.
