Abstract This Order approves the Regulation for seine net fishing. The Regulation consists of 2 chapters and 2 annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity. It specifies minimum mesh size to be used (wings= 500-120 mm; codend= 20 mm); maximum extension (3000 m), restrictions (prohibited from 10:30 am. to 6:30 pm.), etc. Fishing licence requirements are specified in the text.
