Abstract This Order sets specific regulations on commercial fishing in saltwater to protect reefs and biogenic reefs in marine Natura2000 sites. These regulations relate to the protection of reefs in the areas identified by the Ministry of the Environment, pursuant to international nature conservation areas and the protection of certain species directives. Trawl-fishing within the 4 protected areas (see Appendix 1) is not permitted.
