This Order enters into force on 8 September 2010.
Abstract

This Order lays down rules on assessment and management of flood risk from rivers and lakes in the international water district between the Ministry of Environment Centre Ribe in Denmark and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. The international water district includes the trans-boundary catchments to the rivers Vidå, Kruså, Meden Å and Jardelund ditch.
