Abstract The Order partly amends Order No. 1649, in particular the Introduction – whereby it replaces the implementation articles of Keeping of Livestock Act with articles 31, 53, 57 (section 2) art. 66 (sect. 4). Chapter 14a is a new addition as article 69a: “The Danish Agricultural Advisory Service shall charge a fee for the issuance of identification documents (passport) necessary to equines, in accordance with article 3 of Order No. 1448 of 15 December 2009 and Art. 5.1of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 504 of 6 June 2008 implementing Council Directive 90/426/EEC and 90/427/EEC. The fee is calculated for each document in accordance and based on rates listed in Appendix 4”. Appendix 4 is now renamed “Appendix 1”.
