Abstract This Order partly amends Order No. 197, in particular its footnote – whereby it now implements Commission Implementing Directive 2014/78/EC of 17 June 2014 amending Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community, Official Journal 2014, no. L 183, p. 23, in addition to Commission Decision 2012/270/EC of 16 May 2012. The Order also inserts regulations with regard to the now mandatory registration with the Danish AgriFish Agency of potatoes produced for human consumption and animal feed, to the mandatory labelling of said products with given registration number (art. 31a).
