30 September 2014. Article 4 – whereby importers must notify within the time limits specified in Appendix 6, No. 6, 6a and 6b on the arrival of shipments to the Danish AgriFish Agency for verification – shall enter into force on 1 January 2015 for reporting deadlines for the import of plants and plant products.
Abstract

The Order sets regulation with regard to the prevention of introducing certain organisms from non-EU areas and against the proliferation of certain organisms originating from plants. Commercial trade of plants must be registered with the Danish AgriFish Agency and comply with conditions listed in Appendix 5. Good- health certification of these traded plants shall be submitted accordingly and may be inspected for compliance by the Danish AgriFish Agency. List of Appendices:
