Entry into force notes
30 September 2014. Article 6 – whereby export of plants and plant products undergoing inspection Monday through Friday and notified within the same day at 09.00 - shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
Abstract

The Order is intended to protect countries and territories outside the EU against the introduction of plant pests. It applies to the export of plants (including seeds) and plant products to countries and regions outside the EU that require certification, as described in the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) for import in the receiving country. And to the export of plants and plant products to an EU Member State that requests the issuance of EU information document for further export to countries and regions outside the EU. The export of seeds and vegetable consumption goods treated within the Danish AgriFish Agency working hours shall have a processing time of 2 days for reviews received.
