This Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 2 articles and 1 Annex, establishes bathing waters and classification of beaches for respective bathing seasons in 2014. It identifies transitional, coastal and inland bathing waters, setting the respective times bathing and qualification as bathing beaches, the sea ​​and the beaches of inland waters and lake beaches, within the National territory. The Annex list down a table specifying the identification of coastal and transitional bathing waters, as well as qualification of sea bathing beaches and beaches of limited use for the year 2014, within the continental area.
