Abstract

This Order approves protecting measures on animal use with scientific and experimental purposes. It establishes the requirements to be met for such animal uses in order to protect them from suffering and against cruelty. It is composed of 53 articles (dealing with the prohibited animal uses, animal welfare, etc.) and 2 Annexes (specifying by table, the sanitary procedures for experimental and scientific uses per each authorized animal species).
