Abstract The Order sets regulations with regard to the disposal of sewage in the private and public waste water systems. Local authorities must draw up plans for the disposal of wastewater in municipal towns and settlements. Provisions dealing with outside of municipality boundaries shall be regulated by the Minister of Environment. Specific applications shall be submitted for the approval of disposals, and methods thereof.
