Abstract The Order applies to the requirement of a fishing license for Halibut fishing. Criteria for such permit is determined by vessel size and determined fishing gear must be used for such activities. Landing of catch must be notified to the Greenland fishing License Control (GFLK) and general non-commercial fishing is allowed to Danish citizens resident in Greenland.
