This Order enters into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

The Order ratifies the terms set under the “Directives and General Guidelines on List Authorization, Renewal and Extension of Pesticide use No. 1 of 9 December 1991”. These General Guidelines are directed to pesticides used in production and storage of agricultural products in grazing land, in forest protection and for public health. The guidelines are composed of four articles and 6 Annexes, respectively dealing with:(1)Toxicological data and tests,(2)food classification and establishment of maximum residue limit,(3)toxicological classification criteria,(4)minimal requirements for testing field residues,(5)procedures for specimen product withdrawal,(6)labeling.
