Abstract

By virtue of the powers vested by subsection (1) of Section 2 of the Fauna and Flora Protection Ordinance (Chapter 469), I, Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, by this Order: declares the area of State land described in the Schedule specifying the limits of Area of Land comprising the Ussangoda National Park, to be a National Reserve for the purposes of the aforesaid Ordinance and declares the aforesaid National Reserve comprising the area of land described in the Schedule to be a National Park.
