Abstract

This Order approves the necessary requirements for Pharmacologically Active Substances Control Plan, Pesticides and Contaminants Control Plan and for related updated Control Plans as defined in Annexes of this text. The General Directorate of Development in the field of Food Safety, Veterinary, Plant Protection and Fisheries is charged with the implementation of these rules. This Order is partially aligned with the rules provided in the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2292, dated 6 September 2022, which fulfills the fulfillment of requirements stipulated in the Regulation (EU) 2017/625, of the European Parliament and of the Council, regarding the requirements for the entry into the European Union of cargoes of food-producing animals and certain products thereof intended for human consumption.
