Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to open seasons of wildlife. Section 1 establishes that the areas, open seasons, times, classes of firearm, daily bag limits and possession limits, where applicable, set out in each Table to this Regulation are prescribed for the species to which the Table applies. The text consists of 6 sections and 10 Tables.
