Abstract

The present Order provides for the enforcement of sections 38 and 114 of the Wild Life Regulations. The central provision of this Order is contained in section 2 establishing that the taking of moose is prohibited throughout Labrador, except as provided for in this Order. Section 4 lists the dates of the open season. The text consists of 8 sections of which the most important ones are: Moose management areas (3); Open season (4); Bag limit (5); Prohibition (6); Sunday hunting (7). One Schedule is enclosed.
