Abstract

The present Order is made under sections 38 and 114 of the Wild Life Regulations and the Wild Life Act. In particular, the Order establishes the open season for the hunting and snaring of black bear. Section 3 deals with permitted devices for such hunting. The text consists of 9 sections.
