Abstract

The President of the Committee informs that the use of subsoil for any purpose is strictly connected to the abstraction or by-abstraction of underground water. Rates of tariffs for the reproduction of mineral and raw materials’ sources include the costs of all work necessary for the restoration and protection of underground water objects. Underground water objects make integral part of the common state stock of subsoil that is the basis of the system of licensing of the use subsoil.
