Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Financial Administration Act and the Environmental Protection Act, 1999. Section 2 establishes that the holder of a permit granted under section 127 of the afore-mentioned Canadian Environmental Protection Act shall pay to the Receiver General a fee or a portion thereof, for the permit to dispose at sea dredged material or inert, inorganic geological matter. The text consists of 4 sections.
