Abstract

This Ordinance defines powers of inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency in the Turks and Caicos Islands To: (a) make an inspection permitted by Articles 68 to 82 of the Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the European Atomic Energy Community and the Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America; (b) verify design information pursuant to Article 46 of the Agreement.
