The present Regulations enter into force on 17 March 1995.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the composition, functioning and financing of the Environmental Assessment Board. The text – consisting of 36 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: appointment of administrator, regular or temporary members, duties of the Board, public consultation, purpose of hearing, alternate dispute resolution, hearing panel, confidential business information, hearings and journals, studies or reports. One Schedule is enclosed.
