Abstract This Notification lays down provisions on the export of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in compliance with the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and amendments to the Montreal Protocol. The export of hydrofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbon-containing mixtures which are listed in Annex 4, is subject to the permit of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
