Abstract

Bread in sealed packaging is prescribed food which is required to bare labels (Clause 2). Clause 5 provides for requirements and rules to be satisfied by labels of bread in sealed packaging. Producers or importers of bread in sealed package for sale shall follow to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Production Processes, Production equipment, and Food Storage.
