This Notification enters into force on 1 January 2023.
Abstract

This Notification sets out the administrative fines for environmental law violations as per Article 20 of the Environment Law No. 2872. The Annex of this Notification lists administrative fines to be applied during the period between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.
