Entry into force notes
This Notification shall be effective from 1 January 2022.
Abstract

This Notification sets out the amounts of recycling contribution fee according to the Environment Law No. 2872 for the period of 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021, in order to protect the environment. This Notification shall apply to plastic bags and packaging materials: glass, paper and cardboard, metal, plastic, and wood.
