Abstract This Notification shall apply to trout hatcheries which are (I) holding aquaculture certificate approved by the Ministry, (II) registered in Aquaculture Information System, and (III) free from the diseases listed in this Notification. To this end, this Notification sets forth provisions on the required qualifications for support payment, application procedures, inspection and liabilities. Fish diseases shall be investigated by the General Directorate of Food and Control upon application and the disease-free trout hatcheries shall be reported to provincial directorates to enable them to benefit from incentives.
