This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Notification sets forth the requirements of the farmers to prevent or mitigate agricultural nitrate pollution. In order to prevent nitrate pollution in water, good agricultural practices code shall apply to soil management, nutrients, fertilizers, irrigation, and plant protection products. The agricultural establishments that implement good agricultural practices code shall be subject to inspection annually.
