Abstract This Notification makes minor changes in several different articles of the Turkish Food Codex Notification No. 2012/74 on meat and meat products. The amended Article 4 sets forth the definitions; the amended articles 5, 6 and 7 provides for the product features; and the amended articles 12, 13 and 15 sets forth provisions regarding veterinary drug residues , hygiene and labeling. The Notification further adds a new Provisional Clause regarding mandatory compliance for the retail businesses operating before the entry into force of this Notification.
