Abstract This Notification sets forth the issues related to undesirable substances in animal feed, without prejudice to the provisions of legislations related to veterinary products on public health and animal health. This Notification covers additives in animal feed, grains, fruits, vegetables, herbal products, and pesticide residues in food of animal origin. This Notification also covers placing animal feeds on market and their usage. This Notification was drafted in parallel with Directive 2002/32/EC of The European Parliament and of The Council on undesirable substances in animal feed.
