The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

This Notification determines the maximum residue limits of pesticides in fresh, processed or composite food of animal and plant origin. It also encloses rules on application, sampling and analysis methods of the pesticide residues, audit and registration and. The Notification further encloses audit and registration and the additional clauses and charts. This Notification is prepared in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive No. 396/2005/EC on maximum residue limits of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin.
