Abstract

With is Notice the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under section 25 of the Marine Living Resources Act, prescribes the fees payable in respect of applications and the issuing of rights permits and licenses to: undertake commercial fishing (including seaweed): to operating a fish processing establishment: engage in mariculture: to undertake subsistence fishing: undertake high seas fishing: undertake fishing in South African waters by foreigners; etc.
