This Notice entered into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Notice, with the aim of nature protection, in accordance with the provisions of the Marine Protection Regulations 2014, and after having consulted the Gibraltar Nature Conservancy Council, is here setting the Common Octopus (Octopus vulgaris) capture prohibition (prohibited from 19 April 2018 to 31 May 2018, both days inclusive); and maximum allowable catch (limited to 5 kilograms per vessel, in any single day, from 1 June 2018 to 14 June 2018, both days inclusive).
