Abstract This Normative Dispatch, composed of 6 articles, establishes that on a yearly basis the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries will indicate which areas can receive support to farmers producing shelled fruit as established in Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 of 29 September 2003. It establishes the global limit of the support income amount and the competence of the National Institute for the Intervention and Agriculture Guarantee (INGA) to receive and exam the candidatures.
