Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Animal Disease Act. Article 1 establishes that the Minister for Environment, Land Use Planning and Agriculture, as well as the respective local authorities, are responsible for the correct application of the above-mentioned Law. The text – consisting of 29 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: competent authorities, tasks of official veterinary, animal disease ordinances and regulations, Animal Disease Fund, proceedings, final provisions.
