Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Environment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the use of pesticide. Section 3 establishes conditions necessary for the sale of prescribed pesticides. The text consists of 4 sections as follows: Prescribed pesticides (1); Allowable pesticides (2); Sale requirements re prescribed pesticides (3); Coming into force (4). One Schedule is enclosed listing allowable pesticides.
